Paget's Disease On Shin Spreading To Knees, Allergic To Fosamax, Advised Aclasta Infusion Of Bisphosphonates. Suggestion?

I have pagets disease of the r shin and after being first diagnosed two years ago have found it has spread to the knee .My rheumatologist told me to have an aclasta infusion of bisphosphonates and am extremely wary of this treatment because I was very allergic to the high doses of fosamax which I took two years ago. Where do I go from here? I am sixty years old. Susannah
