When I shit my anus is paining a lot, earlier blood too came, but now it stopped but pains a lot near the anus. then a lump like is formed near my butt and anus. From your history it seems that you are having multiple problems.
1, You might be having Fistula-n-ano.
2, There might be having fungal infection on your scrotal region,
3,There might be having some infection under the fore skin due to collection of smegma.
Consult your doctor and get examined.
After examination he will go for treatment.
