Pain And Itching On The Finger, Feeling Heavy. Insect Bite?

I got bitten by something 2 days ago. I felt it when it occurred it was a sharp sting. I did not find anything around me when I looked. After about 12 hours a white pustule appeared with severe pain ( I got bit on the finger ) The pain woke me up in the middle of the night. Then the next day it itched and hurt in my entire hand . Now the aching feeling is up my entire arm . It s not unbearable it just aches and kind of feels heavy.
