Pain And Soreness In Breast In The Morning And Night After Hot Shower. History Of Sinus Infection. Concerning?

I'm female, 29 yrs old and in fairly decent shape (weigh about 160). I'm experiencing breast plate pain/soreness. I haven't done any strenuous exercise. It seems to be sore in the morning and at night after a hot shower. I had a sinus infection last month. But am recovered from it for about 2 wks now. Should I be concerned?

its probably a fibroadenoma or a cyst in some rare incident small abscess ineither cases its always better not to ignore these symptoms its better to see a breast specialist/ gen surgery doctor,its very very important if you are not having any child.
