Pain And Swelling In The Arm After Twisting. Chances Of A Fracture?

Hi my daughter twisted her arm doing cart wheels. The inner side of her forearm has been swollen for several days but its not badly swollen. She says her arm hurts like sharp pains when she tries to use it certain ways. It also feels hard in the swollen are where she hurt it. Can you sprain your arm in that area or should i be concerned that she may have fractured it or could it be something else?
