Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
You have deficiency of vitamin D, and that is the cause of the shifting arthritis, due to the deficiency of calcium as well.
I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms neurotropic injections , for 10 consecutive days, vitamin D, and calcium tablets, and pain killers when there is more pain.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
