Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to Healthcare Magic. Thanks for your query.

The symptoms which you have described are indicative of a neuropathic pain - caused due to nerve root irritation, compression or damage. Cervical spondylosis, leading to compression of the cervical nerve roots is one of the frequent causes of such symptoms. Other common causes of neuropathy like diabetes, certain vitamin deficiencies, etc. also have to be ruled out.

I would advise you to have a complete physical examination, including a neurological examnination, and further investigations in oder to dtermine the cause of your symptoms. Further treatment has to be targetted according to the cause.

Wish you all the best.

Regards,
