Hi,
If the Xray is normal, the trouble seems to be due to sprains/.
The possibility of ligament tear needs to be excluded. Please get yourself checked by an orthopedic doctor.
Anti inflammatory pain relievents along with joint support (Elastic Bandage)/rest ,supportive local applications, bone tonics like calcium, vitamine D
are usually prescribed.
Thanks.
