Pain At Bottom Of Tailbone. Had Cold Sweat, Vomitting, Faintiness During Pains. Colonoscopy Normal. Solution?
I ve had very painful episodes at the bottom of my tailbone for approx. 18 yrs. now...they usually wake me up in the middle of the night. Last night i had one of these episodes, which make me break out in a cold sweat, vomiting and feeling as thou i may pass out. I had a colonoscopy about 5 yrs ago, but they found nothing?..What should i do next?
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The pain in the tailbone that you are experiencing is likely to be due to coccydynia. Mild pain killers in combination with muscle relaxants and a regular hot fomentation will take care of the symptoms you are having.
