Pain Between Heel And Toe, No Swelling, No Bruising

I have a pain in my right foot on the outside of my foot between the heel and toe , made worse when I walk or stand on it. No bruising, no swelling . I am wondering if it is possible to pull a muscle in your foot or what this could be?

It can be a ankle or foot sprain. I would suggest you to get X ray of foot to make sure that there is nothing wrong with your bones. Take Brufen tablet and apply diclofenec ointment. Also apply compression bandage.
