Pain Came On Suddenly, While Sitting, Right Side Several Inches

Pain came on suddenly, while sitting, right side several inches below shoulder blade. When I press on the area, very sore. Took Advil 2 hours ago, no change. Breathing is fine. I feel it when I lift my right arm. Difficulty getting comfortable sitting. More relief when I stand.
