Pain, Cramps On Left Side, Between Shoulder Blade, Neck, Front Pectoral Area, Under Left Arm. Reason?

I m an active 60 year old female with no negative medical history (normal blood pressure etc.). Went to bed last evening feeling fine except I was burping frenqently (not normal). Woke up in the middle of night with pain and cramps on left side, between shoulder blade, neck, front pectoral area, under left arm . Thought I probably just strained some muscles. It did seem strange the wide area of pain. This morning discomfort continues. I m still burping and feel slightly light headed. My pulse seems normal and don t feel fatigued. There s just enough there that I m concerned but not enough for concern ??
