Pain During Intercourse, Irregular Periods, High Prolactin. Planning For Baby. Advice?
im 24 years old,from the start of our marriage we had intercourse problems i consult to a doctor she remove my hymen through operation to make this procedure easy for both of us,but even after this i feel pain during intercourse,i want to conceive but my cycle is not very regular my prolactin level is high i take medicines to maintain its level i just want to conceive now plz i need ur advice.thanks

It is possible that the pain is related to vaginismus. In this condition it is difficult for a woman to engage in vaginal penetration due to reflex of the pubococcygeus muscle. This reflex causes the muscles in the vagina to contract causing penetration to be painful.
There are different aspects of treatment such as sex eduction, use of vaginal dilators,psychological treatment, kegel exercises.
The high prolactin would cause your irregular periods and affect your ability to conceive.
If you and your doctor can maintain the level as close to normal as possible it would help.
