Pain In Arch, Sore, Bruised After Running, Pain While Walking. No Pain In Heel, Foot. No History Of Getting Hurt. Opinion?

i went running on sunday, and about 4miles into it, my arch started hurting, i have high arches, and then the next day i had a bruise, its still sore, no heel or ball of foot pain, ice has helped, im concerned that its plantar fascitis, but no other clinical symtoms. no pain at rest, i have pain walking, and i haven't run since. I don't recall landing on anything while running, i run on the balls of my feet.

hi,
probably it would be minor tissue injury due heavy activity on sunday, rest to that part and analgesic should do for this. rest for 1 to 2 days would help.
if not subsided after that, may be you have to see your orthopedic doctor/physiotherapist.

wish you good health
