Your bulged disc is probably causing compression of nerves in the lower back, as a result, you have pain and
tingling in the legs. This would require an evaluation by a neurosurgeon, who would advise the best treatment approach- medical or surgical.
Initially, medical treatment is preferred, including
pregabalin and
physiotherapy. If this fails, surgery may be needed.
The mass also needs to be evaluated.
