Pain In Back Of Hand, Done Wrist Arthroscopy

After having wrist arthroscopy 9 weeks ago and doing all recommended physio to the letter, I have started my comeback to golf (last Saturday playing 18 holes) and have a great deal of pain in the back of my hand along the tendon that runs down from my index finger to the wrist. The pain occurs quite sharply when I take the club back to the top of my swing and try to swing down and through the ball. Thank you in advance for advice. RM
