Pain In Back Of Head, Fluttered Muscle Contractions, Uncontrollable Eye Fluttering. Previous Head Trauma. Suggestions?

Recently while having a deep discussion with someone my right rear side of my head started to have an intense, painful (6 out of 10), fluttered contractions of the muscle tissue and my eyes were fluttering uncontrollably too. I couldn't quite remember what She was saying to me for about a minute or so. I've had this sensation before, but it has been quite some time- maybe 4 months? I've had serious head trauma before- Car Accident, youth football concussions- maybe 10 where I saw white flash then darkness and falling down sometimes. A few months ago I had an intense dream where someone took a handgun and pressed it to the rear side of my head where I get these pains and shot me there. I felt a very intense pain while dreaming, and woke up with the pain lasting for most of the next day. Thank you for any information you can share.

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The intense fluttering that you have experienced recently is likely to be related to tremors caused by electrolyte imbalance, vitamin B 12 deficiency,. thyroid imbalance, diabetes, etc. All these can be detected using simple blood tests.
