Pain In Back Of Neck And Below Head. Hurts To Touch. Is It Meningitis?

I am experiencing mild pain in the back of my neck right below my head or a tad bit below it. My neck is stiff, but no a whole whole lot. Just barely......it hurts when i try to touch my chin to my chest also. But i do this thing with my neck and i stretch my neck out and make it go in a circle one time, (i dont know why!) so could that be it? I was wondering if this was meningitis? If so please say it is VIRAL!

You have not told whether you have fever or not?The classic clinical triad of meningitis is fever, headache, and nuchal rigidity. A decreased level of consciousness occurs in >75% of patients and can vary from lethargy to coma. For this you should consult your doctor because it is a lethal
This rigidity may be due to spam of neck muscles due to other reasons like spasm. So you can take any muscle relaxant for that sprain
