Pain In Belly Button. Have Nausea, Pain In Side, No Fever. What Is Wrong?
I have a sharp pain to the right of my belly button. I can trace a line down at a angle of pain and it stops right below my belly button. I have been feeling nauseous all day and the pain started about a hour ago. When I lay on my side the pain is dull and almost gone until i move. I don't feel like I have a fever. I don't know whats wrong with me.

acute appendicitis is caused due to infection, since the appendix swells in response to any infection in the body,it leads to appendicitis.
Coughing causes point tenderness in this area (McBurney's point) and this is the least painful way to localize the inflamed appendix.
the common symptoms are-
Loss of appetite
Nausea and/or vomiting soon after abdominal pain begins
Abdominal swelling
inability to pass gas
fever.
