Pain In Chest, Back And Shoulder Getting Worsened Even After Taking Ibuprofen And BC Powder. Am I Having Cracked Rib?

I'm 36 and I fell on Thanksgiving Day during Turkey Trot. My Great Dane tripped me and I was trying not to fall on her. I skinned my left knee and bruised my right knee/palm (I think the leash was in my left hand and she was on my right side). The next day my back was hurting and had my boyfriend pick me up to pop it. I was extremely sore yesterday and chalked it up to the jar from he fall. My left side hurt to breathe, laugh, cough and I can't put any weight on my left hand/arm. Today the pain is worse (front of chest, back & shoulder) and I may have a slight fever. I'm taking 1000mg ibuprofen and BC powder pretty regularly but the pain seems to be getting worse. From online searches, I'm thinking it is a bruised/cracked rib.

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

You need proper clinical examination and chest X-ray.
Chest X-ray in penetrated view should be taken to see bony structures.
Chest X-ray can detect bony fracture and treatment can be done accordingly.
You may require chest strapping depending upon severity.
You should continue taking analgesics and serratopeptidase tablets.
You should contact orthopedician if there is fracture rib.
