Pain In Different Parts Of Abdomen, Stomach, Liver And Kidney. Hepatitis Negative. Is This Due To Gas ?
Dear Doctor,
I uisually Feel pain in different parts of abdomen in stomach liver some times right kidney some times in back bone sometimes or mostly in left side of chest great heat in my stomach i have gone for hepatitis test but they are negative . i feel body aches , i regularly masturbate daily and intake of tobacco is my routine please tell me is this pain in liver stomach and chest is due to gases? and em taking medicine Librax, Motilium and Ruling as prescribed by doctor. Should i go for Lever Functioning Test? and what should i avoid? and What should i take??

For pain you need proper clinical examination and thorough investigations.
Routine hemogram,RBS,LFT,RFT,Lipid profile,Urine RE/ME ,ultrasound of abdomen and Upper GI endoscopy,ECG should be done.
Ultrasound of abdomen can exclude many conditions .
Pain may be due to gastritis.You can take tablet pantoprazole 40 mg once daily for one month.
Further treatment depends upon clinical findings and investigation reports.
you should stop taking tobacco slowly.
