Pain In Elbow Joints, Hard Lump In Groin After Falling From Bike. Solution?

It was september first 2013 when was biking and saw a tree branches near the sidewalk then I hardly hit the brakes of my bike, and immediately I fell off from bike and hit the concrete badly. I thought I broke my hands, but thanks god they survived, though I have pain in the joints of arms.I also hit my groin with the handlebar and got severe pain, the pain disappeared after few days but there is a hard lump in my groin,so I am scared what can I do?.

Hi, you had an accident and had pains of the arms, legs, but pain came down in few days. There is a hard lump in the groin, which is a pain less. It is difficult to assartain the cause of the lump. You may need to have an M.R.I. for diagnosis.
So i advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
