Pain In Elbow On Moving It. History Of Such Pain Long Back, Cured With An Injection. Advice

My Dear Dr,
I am 60 years old. For the last one month I am suffering from elbow pain in the right hand. This is not a permanent pain. This pain is only felt when the hand is in movement. Such pain was also felt 10 years ago.
The Dr. had tried an injection and the pain was disappeared. Please advise me further

According to your history most probably it could be tennis elbow pain.
You can repeat another injection. other management include physiotherapy or if not relieved then surgical decompression.
