Pain In Feet And Heels On Touching, Walking. Worsening At Night. Reason?
Hi,
Age:29
My both the feet's pains a lot. Especially when I touch the top of my feet. All the nerves in my feet pain. Sometimes when I get up from my bed at night its very painful to touch my feet to the ground.
I do not know the reason. My heels pains as i walk. Only my feet and heels ( that region) pains. I do not have any other symptoms nor i am taking any treatment.
Hi Pallavi, your diagnosis based on your symptoms could be "Plantar fascitis", which typically manifests as pain in the heel while taking first few steps from a resting position. Its not a big problem but at times could really make you feel like handicapped. You can use some antiinflammatory medication along with soft cushioned foot wear. If it is still hurting you, take an orthosurgeons consultaton in your area. Hope this helps you.
