Pain In Foot, Swelling Near Ankle, Tried Anti Inflammatory Medication And Icing

Hi i am 36 year old Female,I am a bartender and am on my feet for 12,hours at a time,within the last week I have started to have a lot of pain on the top of my right foot ,there is moderate swelling and even is swelling near the ankle,it is causing me quite a bit of pain,I ve tried anti inflammatories,ice and elevation and zero relief,help please

Hi,

I'd suggest to run

- X-ray of your right food
- blood PCR and sedimentation rate
- check blood pressure,
- do urine analysis

I advise to avoid high heel and wear orthopedic shoes.
