Hello

Thanks for writing to Healthcare magic,
I have studied your case,
As per your history you need to undergo investigation like MRI spine and hip .
At age of 64 there can hip arthritis ,or may be spinal disc compression.
Osteoporosis is associated in old age please do start calcium with vit D.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
