Pain In Head. Have Arthritis In Neck For Years. Are These Related?

I have been having pain in my head that feels like I have been hit with a hammer! It is so severe I can pinpoint it the next day with my finger. It in a very precise spot, sometimes in two or three parts of my head. I have arthritis in my neck for ten years or more, its quite bad at the moment, could these pains be to do with that?
thank you

Hi,
This type of pain might be there with cervical spondilitis.
But it can be due to other causes as well.
Go for blood pressure checked.
If require go for eye check up.
Ok and take care.
