Pain In Heels, Started After Doing Exercise. Suggestions?

I am 26-year-old, having pain in the heel area from last 1 year. It started after an exercise program that lasted for 4 months. In that, I ran on a treadmill for over 20 minutes a day in aggressive way. Now, the pain is worse especially after sitting for a prolong period of time or while walking in the morning first from the bed. Please help me out.
