1.is there any problem with eating boiled eggs everyday? 2. i am having problems with my knees have a sharp pain when climbing stairs...went to a doc once and she suspected might be athiritis, gave me painkillers but they did nt work. she dddnt carry out any tests.what might be the problem

The pain in the knees specially while climbing stairs is likely to be related to osteoarthritis changes. There is no harm in taking boiled eggs everyday as long as your cholesterol levels are well under control.
