Pain In Left Arm, Leg, Tingling In Fingers, Strange Sensation In Leg. CT, ECG Scan Normal. Cure?

Hi last Monday I ended up in A & E as I had pains in my left arm and leg. I had ecg scans, blood tests and a CT scan which all came back clear and I was discharged. Every day since once a day I have had the same pains where my arm feels so heavy and I have tingling in my fingers my leg also feels strange. I have also been incredibly tired. Can you advise

Hi and welcome to HCM

According to your symptoms it looks like there is compression of nerve in cervical [neck area] spine. This leads to numbness and tingling in your hand.
Most probable reason for your symptoms could be postural problem.

Some medication like methylcobalamine with muscle relaxant and analgesic will help, you can take them consulting your treating doctor.
