Pain In Left Arm, Radiating To Hand, Heavy Feeling In Chest, Cough, Rasping Whistle Sound While Breathing

I've been having pain in left arm mainly at the back of my upper arm, it sometimes radiates down my arm to hand, it hurts now when I cough, I have a heavy feeling on my chest & a cough most of the time now, when I breathe I can feel & hear a rasping whistle. Since I moved to London my asthma symptoms have become much worse.

There are two possibilities
1. Chest pain may be due to angina(heart pain) for which you need to take an ECG test(if it is normal then you would require Treadmill stress test)
2. Other possibility would be that the pain is due to pathology in lungs tissue or chest wall muscles due to labored breathing(asthma attack) which causes exhaustion of muscle strength). For this you need to undergo Chest x-ray and Pulmonary function test (if required by your doctor)

You should consult your doctor so that he may perform physical examination abd give you medicines

Hope this helps
