Pain In Left Shoulder, Left Arm Pain, Stiffness. Cure For Symptoms?

I have pain in my left shoulder which hurts whenever i move my arm, and also my left arm aches, and my fingers on the same side hurt, and sometimes feel really stiff, but its only in my little finger, ring finger and middle finger. My left shoulder also clicks alot when i move it back, and gets stuck sometimes, and really hurts when it clicks back to normal. It really hurts and i dont know what to do to stop the pain.

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having osteoartheritis of left shoulder and some periartheritis changes giving rise to this problem.
Due to irritation and nerve pressure you get problem on your little, ring and middle finger.
Due to having lax muscles of left shoulder you get some click sound and some sublaxation of the joint.
Consult orthopedic surgeon and get examined.
Physiotherapy and short way diathermy will give you relief.

Thanks for writing in to us.

The arm, forearm and fingers are supplied by the brachial plexus group of nerves. The little finger, ring finger and middle finger are supplied by the ulnar nerve. I suspect your ulnar nerve is getting entrapped along its course through your arm. Please consult an orthopedic surgeon and get clinically examined for confirmation of diagnosis.
