Pain In Left Side After Lifting Furniture, Hurts When I Lay Down

I moved durning the month of October... was lifting furntiure.... since them been having pain off and on in my left side... started working out and now its hurts when I lay down.....

It looks to me that you have developed back muscle spasm. It would need Tablet Myoril and diclofenec ointment and rest. Avoid forward bending or any heavy weight lifting. always rest on a firm mattress.
