Pain In Left Side Neck And Scapula, Left Ear And Headaches After Accident. TMJ ?
I was in a motor vehicle accident 2 days ago...rear ended pretty hard. Initially I had pain left side neck and scapula and it felt as if my left ear popped (like when in an airplane). The day after. Imy left side was fine but pain in my right ear, necessary and base of skull with headache on right side and behind right eye. Earaches are intermittent left and right ear today. I read this could be TMJ?

The intermittent pain in the ears can be related to a mild subluxation of the TMJ. The pain in the neck and scapula seem to be due to a muscle spasm. You can take muscle relaxants in combination with pain killers for desired relief.
