Welcome to Health care magic forum.
You are a 25 years man, with intermittent pain in the left testicle. There is pain in the left theigh vein.
It appears that it might be the hernia, or epidedimoorchitis, or torsion of the testis.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have an M.R.I, for confirmation.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, ornidazole, diclofenac sodium and paracetamol.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.
