Pain In Left Testicle, Painful Ejaculation. Treated Prostitis. Suggestion To Pass Urine Properly?

Hello.
For a few years I have been having pain in my left testicle. I also feel intense pain when I gently press my finger up behind the scrotum. When I enjaculate my orgasm is dull almost numbing. Other times I have painful enjaculation. I sit up on the bed and my abdominal area hurts on my left side. I can lay on my right side or left, but the pain remains. I tried to do a self test feeling both testicles. After massaging both and sitting up again, I felt dull sharp pains on my left groin area. I have been treated for prostitis, but the pain remains. The tip of my penis hurts jst after touching it, but when I took my fingers to the base of my penis, I felt pain. I cannot pee properly. I dribble and have a very low urine stream. It feels like a blockage. I urinate a lot, but never seem to empty myself. A few months ago I ws feling feverish and nauseated in the morning and sometimes throughout the day. I drink lots ofwater but cannot pass it properly. Can you help
