Pain In Leg, Back Of Knee, Numbness
Hello I am a 23 year old male. 5'9 about 190 lbs, I am a delivery driver so I am sitting long periods of time. I am having pain in both legs on the back of the knee area. It's not in both legs at the same time. It's like a numb feeling kind of like the feeling of an area falling asleep. It's not the whole leg just that area.

Based on the description, I am of the opinion that your symptoms could be due a compression or concussion of nerve (owing to prolonged sitting posture) in the involved area. Most often this sensation is transient and recovers spontaneously with the movement of the leg.
I don't think you need any treatment for this condition. If your symptoms are recurrent and are persisting , then an evaluation is necessary to rule out other neurological causes of numbness in the leg.

Please look whether you are sitting on some hard surface. If yes, then keep it cushioned.
Take Tab Methycobal 1500 micrograms once a day. for 15 days. It will do.
If associated pain is there then take Tab Lyser D ( Diclofenac Plus Serratiopeptidase 15 mg) twice a day for 5 days.
- while sleeping elevate legs by keeping some blanket or pillows underneath.
