Pain In Lower Part Of Neck, Spreading To Shoulder. Remedy?

its been about two weeks or so I had a pain in lower part of the back of my neck I let it go thinking it was a pulled muscle over a few days it spread down my left shoulder and then to my left triceps, there isn't a rhyme or reason of when it hurts I have been just sitting and start to get up and it will hurt rolling over in bed will cause extreme pain if I had to put a number on the pain level I would say about an 8-10 any idea whats up

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having some problem in your cervical spines giving rise to irritation or pressure on nerves giving rise to this problem.
Go for x-ray cervical spine.
go for physiotherapy and short way diathermy.
Ok and take care.
