Pain In My Abdominal Area.

i woke up this morning with pains in the front and back abdominal area.My cycle is trying to come on, but never have i felt pains like this. When I try to sit down completely, I get a sharp pain. This is really hurting me. Do you know what the problem could be?

Could be due to congestion in the area, sometimes it happens. But you can not confirm the same. So get a check up done.
