HI
Thank for asking to HCM
This could be muscle stiffness due to lower respiratory allergic constitution, first try topical muscle relaxant, with hot water fermentation if does not relieve it take oral muscle relaxant, you can get it on counter easily, (Chlorzoxazone) if this is too fail then you will have to see the doctor, for clinical diagnosis, have nice day.
