Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having some degenerative changes in your joints giving this problem.
There might be having osteoartheritis changes in your knee and hip joints.
Go for x-ray hip and knee joints.
consult orthopedic surgeon and get examined.
Physiotherapy will help a lot.
Go for light exercise like walking, swimming.
Do Patellar and back extension exercise.
Do not sit in squatting position.
Take calcium and vitamin A and D supplements.
Ok and take care.
