General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* If various hospitals are diagnosing the case as a non-hemorrhoidal issue, there can be possible issues as proctitis, other GI issues as inflammatory bowel disease affecting lower colon or others.
* Once the hemorrhoid presence is evaluated by proctoscopic examination on OPD basis, a planned colonoscopy with small bowel biopsy is mandatory to give further judgment regarding the same.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
