Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

You need proper clinical examination by orthopaedician and few investigations.
Investigations include X-ray of shoulder joints in AP and axial views to rule out bony fractures.
If there is suspected ligament or soft tissue injury then ultrasound or MRI of shoulder can be done.
Chest ray can also be done if needed.
At present you can take analgesics and muscle relaxants.
Proper management depends upon clinical findings and investigation reports.
Get well soon.

Take Care
