Pain In Right Arm, Shoulder, Worse While Taking Deep Breath, Burping, Heartburn. Any Ideas?

Hello. 26 yr old female. Overweight. All of a sudden tonight started having pain in my right arm, shoulder, radiating down my right chest area. The pain worsens when I breath in and becomes even worse when taking a deep breath. I am also burping constantly. When I burp the in subsides a bit but then comes right back. What could this be from and how can I get relief from the pain? I took an antiacid incase it was heartburn, but ive had heartburn in the past and have never experienced this righy shoulder pain accompanied with heartburn. Please advise. Thank you very much.

I have read complete details of your question.

It looks that you are having pain at right arm & this is sudden in occurrence.

Such type of pain can be there due to following reason-

-Inflammation of gall bladder.

-Inflammation of food pipe due to reflux of acid.

You should do following to have relief in this-

-Ask from your doctor about sonography of abdomen to rule out presence of inflammation or stone in gall bladder.This can also be confirmed by an expert surgeon or physician by good clinical examination.

-Take a good anatacid preparation like pantaprazole 40mg once a day.

-Avoid eating spicy & fried food items.

-Avoid stress,alcohol,excess of tea & coffee.
