Pain In Right Shoulder. Using Crutches To Right Foot Injury. Suggestion?
I've fallen on my right shoulder a couple of days ago. Unfortunately I am on crutches due to a right foot injury prior to falling, now find my shoulder is giving me constant pain in mid front of should, I don't even have to move it. Trying to walk on the crutches is probably exasperated it, using a walking frame now but still proving difficult. Not sure what to do, do I put up with it ot see someone about it - doctor, physio or outpatient as long weekend is coming up. Cheers Kay Capper 0000
Hello, Thanks for writing. Its notable to know that you already are recovering from a foot injury and now fell on your shoulder leading to shoulder pain. I suggest you have a consultation with an orthopedic surgeon and after getting your shoulder examined, he will decide whether you need a X ray. He may refer you to a physiotherapist if he feels necessary. Hope this helps.
