Pain In Right Shoulder Blade, Arms Tingling, Fingers Numb. Shake, Move, Stretch Arms And Shoulders For Relief. Cause?
I have pain in my right shoulder blade. then my right arm starts to tingel and soon the arm and my hand, including my thumb and the three first fingers and palm of my hand go numb. Its painfull I have to shake and move my arm and hand, and stretch my shoulder to get relief, this goes on all day and wakes me up at night, can you help me?
Hello, I have gone through your query and understood your concern. The symptoms you have mentioned seem to be indicative of Cervical Myelopathy, compression of cervical nerves.Moving your arms gives blood flow and to that compressed part and thus you get relief. Check up for Hypertension and Diabetes and other associated diseases like degenerative arthritis or spondylotic disease. Hope it helped you. Thanks.
