Hi,
it seems that you might be having some degenerative osteo-artheritis changes in your hip joint giving rise to this problem.
Go for x-ray hip joint.
You might be having osteoporosis or osteomalacia.
Consult orthopedic surgeon and get examined.
Take high dose of Calcium, vitamin A and D.
Ok and take care.
