Pain In Ring Finger Knuckles, Palm, Wrist. Treatment?

How long should I go without seeing a doctor about pain in ring finger knuckles, palm, and wrist? This started about a month ago. It's not visibly swollen. The wrist area was the worst pain about a month ago, and subsided in a few weeks. Now it hurts the most in the knuckles, between the knuckles, and I can pinpoint a spot right below in palm of hand that is tender to the touch. Tylenol dulls the pain, but it continues to wake me up during night throbbing. Any suggestions for home care or the type of doctor I would need to see about this?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
Of course you can try, non steroid anti-inflammatory drug, and Diclofenac 100 mg in sustain release form would be best, with this treatment it will come around if the problem reappear or persist then it should be examined and further investigation would be needed, and this has to be done by orthopedic Doctor, have nice day.
