Pain In Shoulder, Hips, Thigh, Knees. Done Blood Test And Hip X-ray. Cause?

I have been experiencing severe pain on my right shoulder, my both hips and thigh up to my both knees for several months. I have been to my Gp, I have done blood test and hip x-ray. every medication investigation is normal. I have been advised by my GP to use painkillers which only reduces the pain for a little while. What do you think could be the cause of this ?please advise.

Hi, it appears to be the poly arthritis, or fibromyalgia. So i advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
I to my patient with such pains prescribe neurotropic injections for 5 consecutive days, ofloxacin 200 mg B.D for 5 days, and pain killers when ever there is more pain. thank you.
