Pain In Stomach, Relieved After Bowel Movement

hello my stomach feel hurt, kast day i feel a little pain and its gone, then this morning i dont eat breakfast and i go to work, but i decided to drink some coffee, because i feel pain to my stomach, then before lunch i feel my stomach hurts bad, and i eat a little when i get poop the hurt gone maybe an hour then it came back again until now 9pm

I read carefully all your concerns and i suggest to do
- upper endoscopy
- abdominal ultrasound
I suspect to e gastric problem like ulcer or gastritis
